Once an order is confirmed, Morning Crate will not accept any return or refund requests.
However, in the case of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to everyone.
In the case of a Damaged Product:
- Morning Crate needs to be notified of damaged products within 24 hours of the package delivered via email to [email protected]
- In the email, please share the order number, invoice image, 1 outer box image & 2 clear images of the damaged product.
- In multiple-item order shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you to provide a fair solution.
In case of Missing Product:
- Morning Crate needs to be notified of the missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to [email protected]
- In the email, please mention the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
- We will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product, and no refund will be possible for the missing product.
In case of Spoiled Product:
- Morning Crate needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to [email protected]
- In the email, please share the order number, image of invoice, clear images and video of the product to be shared.
- We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in our preparation process.
- However, we will work with you on providing a fair solution in case of genuine spoilage during delivery.
- Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence.
